Good morning everyone

This email is to advise that our Little Athletics sessions have been cancelled for this term. The provider is not able to run the session. Our funding body has instead organised us Lawn Bowls. This session will be run by the Forrest Lawn Bowls Club. The first two sessions will conducted at After school care and then once children have an understanding of the green etc the sessions will be conducted at the club.

Please discuss this change with your children and then advise if they would like to participate in this exciting activity. Initially the program will be limited to 16 and depending on interest this may be extended. There will be a permission note for the excursions to the Club.

If your child was enrolled in after school care to participate in the Little Athletics Sessions and you wish to cancel your enrolment in After School Care then please advise by Thursday this week – the usual two week notification without charge will not apply because we changed the program.

Thanks for your understanding on this change which was beyond our control. When we submit our application for funding for term 3 and 4 this year we hope to get Little Athletics on the program for term 3.
