Please find attached our 2023 Enrolment package – as you know all forms must be completed each year. Enrolments do not carry over from the previous year.
There has been a slight increase in fees to cover the national educator wage increase.
Please remember early enrolment does not guarantee you a place at FOOSHC as we follow priority enrolment guidelines. We have over 400 families seeking care and we will confirm places when all enrolments have been processed.
Forms need to be completed and returned to FOOSHC by 5.00pm, Friday 18 November.
