July School Holiday Program out now

Dear Families,

The July School Holiday Program is now out and open for bookings! Please find attached our exciting program, thoughtfully designed by the amazing FOOSHC team. Woo Hoo!

As usual , over the past months, Educators have been carefully observing, documenting, and reflecting on the children’s emerging interests, friendships, wellbeing, schematic play  themes and developmental needs. Using the My Time, Our Place V2 learning framework as our guide, we have intentionally planned a holiday program that is engaging, meaningful and full of opportunities for our children to connect, create, explore, and thrive.

It is wonderful blend of brand-new adventures and much-loved favourites — most of the experiences included come directly from children’s suggestions, conversations, and requests, ensuring their voices continue to drive our planning and decision-making. Thank you to all who filled out our April SHP survey.

Some of the exciting experience we have planned are:  

• Returning to the much-anticipated Arboretum Kite Workshop after last holidays’ cancellation
• High-energy fun at Weston Indoor Sports
• Climbing, bouncing, and obstacle challenges at Ninja Park
• “The Amazing FOOSHC Race” adventure challenge
• Relaxing and playful Pyjama Day
• Rewilding at Birrigai with our Indigenous guide Aaron, where children will deepen their connection to Country through hands-on cultural and environmental experiences
• Fantastic Circus Skills workshops with Circus Warehouse
• Christmas in July celebrations full of winter fun and creativity
• Tanabata Japanese Festival experiences exploring culture, storytelling, and traditions thanks to our Japanese educators

• As well as A special excursion  to ‘Net World’ at Tree Tops Adventure Park  excursion -in Majura on Monday , the pupil free day . Numbers are limited.
